Bullying has become a tidal wave of epic proportions! Although bullying was once considered a rite of passage, parents, educators, and child development professionals now see bullying as a devastating form of abuse. Some parents may think martial art training promotes violence, but that's a myth according to experts. Training in traditional karate actually helps teach self-discipline and socialization skills. Not only will your child develop the self-confidence to not be a victim of bullying but also will gain the ability to be the voice for those who lack such character.
